We are Team CLK – of course we build homes that are bright, durable, cosy and functional. And to back up this claim, you are invited to discover the magnificent house with 176.29 m² of living space, developed by our partner Brouwers and built by the CLK.

As with every project developed by Brouwers and built by CLK, the concept of the house was clear from the outset – a passive, ecological, light house with large windows and beautiful volumes.

Located in a very quiet street, rue des Jardins in Junglinster, the location provides easy access to Luxembourg city, while enjoying a high quality of life. The house is built on a 3.36-acre plot, which is generous enough to provide a lovely terrace and garden area.

The house is split over three levels (ground floor and two upper floors) to provide a clear demarcation between the living spaces. It offers the possibility of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, as well as a utility/technical room, a garage and an outside space for a second car. What’s more, there’s a second floor with a terrace, delivered unfinished – a great opportunity to convert it to your own taste. The CLK team is here to guide you and implement your dreams together.

The interior design project was developed by the CLK Team, who used the experience of 40 years of construction to create a space you can enjoy.

The Häcker systemat kitchen with its covered island in Neolith® by Lampertz is the focal point of the home and an inviting place to spend evenings with family and friends. Neolith® is made from natural materials and treated at very high temperatures and pressures, making it highly resistant to scratches and impact. The central island is also ideal for separating without partitioning, and to maximise storage space, special spaces are provided on both sides.
