How do you give a new flat personality?

Team CLK loves helping you bring your dreams to life on every construction or renovation project. When a young family contacted CLK Reno to help them add personality to their new flat, the CLK team got to work straight away. Because CLK Reno is also dedicated to interior design projects for new build projects.

The brief was clear – they wanted to streamline the entrance area and create an open-plan kitchen, all in a chic, uncluttered style.

A built-in cupboard was designed for the entrance area, giving it a visually elegant, designer feel. From a functional point of view for the family, this also means lots of storage space. What’s more, having everything in one enclosed space reduces the feeling of disorganisation and helps to create an efficient organisational system, because every item has its place.

Everything was created by CLK’s carpenters in our workshop. From the entrance, attention is drawn to the wooden niche that cuts through the clean white lines of the wardrobe and adds warmth.

As for the kitchen, its design is in keeping with the modern chic style desired by the owners. The kitchen project was developed by Team CLK, who drew on the experience of 40 years of construction to create a space tailored to the family’s needs.

The Häcker kitchen, with its ultra-matt lacquered laminate front and covered Dekton island, is the focal point of the living room, inviting you to spend evenings with family and friends.

Dekton is an ultra-compact, carbon-neutral porcelain surface. It features an optimised manufacturing process inspired by the beauty and aesthetics of natural stone, which transcends nature to deliver optimum performance.

The central island is also ideal for separating without partitioning. To maximise storage space, there is storage on one side. The area overlooking the living room has been decorated with the Belgian brand Orac, the most innovative manufacturer of decorative ornaments today.

It’s always a pleasure to cook or share a meal in front of your guests. The island is multifunctional with the Bora hob with integrated hood. The extractor hood has a trendy touch that’s sure to be the talk of the town.

To complement the kitchen’s sleek design and practicality, the team chose a white Caressi ceramic sink, which is also integrated into the worktop. The appliances are from Samsung and are all integrated into the units.

It’s impossible to conceive of a space without talking about light. Team CLK has come up with a concept of LED interior lighting to magically illuminate living scenes and enhance the space.

From the entrance, the strip lighting follows the lines of the furniture and leads the way into the living area. A large arched mirror has been installed on the opposite wall, enhancing the feeling of space and reflecting the light.
